1. Project specification statement

In the beginning of our partnership we gonna indentify event
objectives and resources to achieve that.
We can discuss all project details on personal meeting or just fill in our
project specification statement form requested by email.

2. Concept design development

When all targets are clear and you are a little tired of our questions its
time to develop a concept design regarding needs. It is taking up to 7
working days according to the scale of work.

3. Design approvement

On this step Interstyling providing presentation of your design within
commercial offer. Together we discuss and make all the neccesery
adjustements . After design and offer approvement prepayment is
required.

4. Technical documentation preparation

Construction plan, water and electricity supply plans, suspension
wires layouts, engineering calculations, risk assesstment and method
statement – all this we carefully prepare to provide the best quality
and ofcourse high safety standarts.

5. Obtaining permission for realisation

As a full service company we undertake all questions related to
obtaining permission for realisation. We arrange all required
documentation and transfer it to requesting services.

6. Project production and preparation

On this step all project details agreed and documentation approved.
Interstyling workshop start to make your design real! Our vocational
team will keep eyes on every detail to deliver maximum quality.

7. Montage and realisation

We will transport all materials to event venue and carry out montage
following deadline. Our clients always can get actual information about
project building up phase!

8. Project delivery

We will meet each other before the event. After you are convinced of
the quality and compliance performed it is time to sign project delivery
confirmation and to close last payment.
Interstyling provide all necessary and extra services during event
period.

9. Demontage

Your company has succeeded and the event is over. We will clear the
venue and dispose non-reusable materials with environment protection
standards. Interstyling can offer storing of customer goods.

10. Aftersales

Final but important step in our workflow is aftersales, when everything
is settled, we will contact you to discuss the project. We do this to see
jointly possibilities for the improvements. So next time together we can
achieve even better results.
